The provided service meant friction went beyond typical UX to include the invisible chaos of an undiagnosed, chronic neurological disease

Considered three friction types, cognitive load, motor load, and confusion, to add clarity at critical points of OB flow

Flagged isolated changes to address CFDA-compliant contrast, larger type, and revised CTA copy in order of impact to user experience
